Vision Resource Center of Berks County is Hiring a VP of Operations Near Reading, PA
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leadership roles.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
· Log donations into Donor Tools software and prepare thank you letters and tax forms.
· Prepare a monthly development report and send to Pres./CEO and Director of Development.
· Assist with various marketing aspects including creation of three (3) newsletters per year and quarterly (4) solicitation letters.
· Input items into PAB Database.
· Communicate with IT contractors and help troubleshoot problems in-house.
· Perform website updates and social media posts.
· Track staff training and clearances. Update as required.
· Perform tracking for all volunteers. Plan volunteer appreciation celebration each year.
· Manage maintenance person.
· Be staff representative for property committee.
· Plan annual staff retreat.
· Write procedures and policies as needed/directed.
· Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following basic qualifications:
· Bachelors Degree in a Human Services field.
· Ability to work independently as well as in a group setting.
Experience:
· Minimum of 2 years in a human services position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
